Board

Board
$930.00 / month Includes general horse care, feed, stall cleaning, turn out, changing blankets, trimming and basic daily grooming.

Training Package
$500.00 / month This is a package that can be added to the board, it includes unlimited rides by the training staff, unlimited lessons and schools as needed, tack-up service for lessons, tack care.

Sales Board
$45 / day

Veterinarian and farrier expenses will be billed by providers.

Horse Show Expenses

as well as groom per diem divided among customers stabled with KVS
Braiding current professional rate
Shipping $1.25 per mile (with KVS)


Barn Rules

Barn Hours
Mondays closed, Daily 8:00am-8:00pm, Saturdays 8:00am-4:00pm, Sundays 8:00am-3:00pm

• Each individual is responsible for their own tack and equipment, Kimber-View is not
held responsible.
• Hard hats are required when mounted; ASTM approved helmet at all times, no exceptions.
• NO JUMPING unless you are schooled by a Kimber-View staff member.
• NO borrowing tack without permission from your friends or Kimber-View.
• NO alcohol permitted on the premises.
• The barn will be closed on Mondays, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, and Easter (emergency phone calls only please).
• Please no phone calls after 8pm.
• Payments must be made within 15 days, a late fee of 10% will be charged after that. No horse or pony will be allowed to show if their balance due ages more than 30 days.
• A 10% commission will be charged when buying, leasing, or selling a horse or pony. When Kimber-View staff act as agents for both parties to a transaction, then each party will be respon sible for a commission fee of 5%.
• All sales, purchases, and leases are on full disclosure basis.
• Please NO dogs at Kimber-View.
